Shipping & Returns

Quel's Shop delivers orders within Ghana through trusted delivery partners.

Orders within Accra qualify for same-day delivery, provided the order and payment are confirmed within the required delivery timeframe.

Orders outside Accra are delivered within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery fees are based on the customer's location and will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address, telephone number and any additional information required for delivery. Quel's Shop will not be responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Items may be returned or exchanged within 24hrs of delivery, provided that:

• The item has not been worn, washed, altered or damaged.
• The item is returned in its original condition.
• All original tags and packaging remain attached.
• Proof of purchase is provided.

Customers must contact Quel's Shop before returning an item. Returns made without prior approval may not be accepted.

Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the wrong item was delivered or the item arrived damaged.
